One of the main pillars of YBG is giving back to the community and the youth. YBG has partnered with the YMCA to design their in season jerseys at the Oakland and Berkeley Branch along with custom coaches jackets. YBG was also able to collaborate with the Black Panther Party Alumni Association to design and produce the official merchandise of the Freedom Run 5k Marathon hosted by the Oakland Ballers. YBG participates in many community events vending at First Friday's every month in Oakland, and has participated in the Black Joy Parade, Lakefest, and Afrobeats at the lake annually. Lastly YBG gives back to the community by speaking at schools to inspire and pour into youth.
